Drawings, Plans, Designs & Structural Calculations
We can supply structural designs for foundations, wall removal support beams, loft conversions, extensions, replacement lintels, chimney breast removal support beams, foundation pads, underpinning, box frame support structures, new openings and much more.

All our designs will be backed up with full structural calculations for approval by all building control departments and inspectors or to complete your own application for any DIY project where structural designs are required.

We also provide full drawings for planning applications and full building regulations drawings for all extension, alteration and loft conversion projects. Our Plan & Design team carry out drawings and designs for our own projects, so the benefit of working with a design team who are owned and run by a building contractors speaks for itself!
